Location: Dubai, UAE (UAE Resident Only)

Travel: Approx. 50% within Middle East, India, Asia, and China Region

 

Are you a dedicated HSE professional ready to lead safety initiatives across the Middle East, India, Asia, and China? Kee Safety, a global leader in fall protection, is looking for an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to join our team in Dubai.

As our HSE Manager, you'll be crucial in implementing and maintaining robust HSE policies, providing expert guidance, and fostering a strong safety culture across our diverse operations, especially within the construction and work-at-height sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies in line with local laws and global standards.
  • Provide expert HSE advice to management and site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regional HSE regulations.
  • Deliver essential HSE and work-at-height training.
  • Conduct on-site and remote audits of business units and subcontractors.
  • Monitor HSE performance, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee risk assessments and safe operating procedures.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of HSE management experience, including auditing.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations across the MEIAC region.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered IOSH, NEBOSH Diploma).
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Advanced knowledge of fall protection and rope access standards.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region (50%).
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
