Are you a dedicated HSE professional ready to lead safety initiatives across the Middle East? Kee Safety, a global leader in fall protection, is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai.

As our HSE Officer, you'll be crucial in implementing and maintaining robust HSE policies, providing expert guidance, and fostering a strong safety culture across our diverse operations, especially within the construction and work-at-height sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement HSE policies in line with local laws and global standards.

·       Provide expert HSE advice to management and site teams.

·       Ensure compliance with regional HSE regulations.

·       Conduct on-site and remote audits of business units and subcontractors.

·       Monitor HSE performance, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.

·       Oversee risk assessments and safe operating procedures.

What We're Looking For:

·       3-5 years of HSE Executive experience, including auditing.

·       Preference will be given with experience in a Fall Protection or Rope Access company.

·       In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations across the Middle East region.

·       Bachelor's degree

·       Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma).

·       Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

·       Advanced knowledge of fall protection and rope access standards.

·       Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

·       Ability to travel within the region.

·       Valid UAE Driving License.
