With a rapidly expanding portfolio and several exciting new products launching in the coming months, we are looking for a high-energy Technical Salesperson to join our Dubai office and drive growth across the region.

 

The Role

This isn’t just about selling a product; it’s about selling a technical solution. You will be responsible for:

  • Partner Development: Identifying and onboarding new Distributors/Partners across your territory, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to thrive.
  • Driving Specification: Spotting new construction projects and working with stakeholders to get our products specified and integrated into major regional builds.
  • Strategic Growth: Following up on leads and switching specifications from traditional methods to our innovative fixing solutions.

 

Who You Are

We need someone who understands the "nuts and bolts" of the industry—literally. Our ideal partners are companies supplying fixings and fasteners to heavy industry, so experience in this sector is a massive plus.

Desirable Experience

  • Proven track record in Distribution/Partner sales within the construction or fixings/fasteners sector.
  • Experience in gaining and switching specifications for technical engineering products.
  • A Mechanical Engineering qualification is highly regarded.
  • A transferable customer base within the region.
